I am extremely happy with the service and product from Benchtops Direct. The 30mm Santorini was definitely worth waiting for. It’s beautiful and finishes off my kitchen will elegance and class. And your pricing was extremely competitive. I have been treated so well by all your staff, and your attention to detail, communication and professionalism are exemplary. It was mildly frustrating that the Covid situation caused a delay (totally out of your control), but now I appreciate the end product even more, having waited so long! You offered me alternatives to speed up the completion of my kitchen, but I chose to wait for original order and it came before you predicted it would. The two installers, Michael who did the template and the office staff who dealt with my queries, order and emails have been amazing. I particularly want to thank the two installers who’s attention to detail, precise and meticulous work and politeness was outstanding. They were so careful and treated my kitchen and bench-top as if it was a precious jewel. Michael and the team went above and beyond with doing our stone benchtop with our very short time frame before Christmas. I was kept updated along the way and the job was done to schedule, on budget and to a very high quality. Will be using Benchtops Direct in future for sure.

We decided to replace our benchtop as had purchased a new wall oven & hob, which was a fraction smaller than previous one. Went to Benchtop talked to Alex & Sandra who were so helpful. Mark also came out with large samples and we talked at length about light & colour etc.has such great ideas. Did a complete turn around on colour, ended up taking off all our tiles, even replaced 2 new under sinks and at their suggestion covered wall & splashback in Red glass, the look is amazing.
