Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I ordered bench tops and shelves for a home office from Michael and team. They did a great job and were easy and fun to work with. Our house is old and does not always have straight walls. Micheal was able to accurately measure the bends in the walls and produce bench tops that fitted perfectly. He also gave me lots of hints for fitting the shelves myself. Highly Recommended!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We got 2 benchtops from benchtops direct to replace the very dated benchtops in our kitchen. As I was measuring up to send the measurements, I had a thought that our walls might not be entirely square. I phoned and spoke to Vernon about it and he had some really useful tips on how to work out where its square, or not. I ended up working out that the walls where wavey and the corners were nowhere near square. I sent over detailed measurements of the wavy wall and non square corners and they were able to cut the benchtop to fit exactly. Saved us a load of hassle!

Definitely recommend!

I just want to take this opportunity to tell you how happy I am with your service and product. The 30mm Santorini was definitely worth waiting for. It’s beautiful and finishes off my kitchen will elegance and class. And your pricing was extremely competitive.

I have been treated so well by all your staff, and your attention to detail, communication and professionalism are exemplary. It was mildly frustrating that the Covid situation caused a delay, but now I appreciate the end product even more, having waited so long! The two installers, Michael who did the template and the office staff who dealt with my queries, order and emails have been amazing. I particularly want to thank the two installers who’s attention to detail, precise and meticulous work and politeness was outstanding. They were so careful and treated my kitchen and bench-top as if it was a precious jewel.

Thank you again.

Good Morning Michael and Team.

Just wanted to express our thanks for an amazing job by Benchtops Direct. From the initial email to Michael at 8pm on a Friday night to have a confirmed appointment the following Morning was a wonderful start. We learned a lot from our initial visit to your showroom and were highly impressed with your depth of knowledge.

Mark and Hamish arrived yesterday on site and on time which is unheard of these days. Mark and Hamish are a real asset to your business. Marks workmanship is fantastic and he made sure everything was perfect before he left. We are really happy with our new benchtop and sink combo, It has exceeded our initial expectations.

Dear Sir,

Exactly one year ago, I was fortunate to buy the best car I have ever owned, a new Skoda Superb from Giltrap. It has many qualities, but it is the first car ever owned in 50yrs that "does what it says on the box". Giltrap told me it would achieve 5.7L of diesel/100km and it has done every fill since new. Remarkable for such a big car.

What has this to got to do with Franklin Laminates (Benchtops Direct), you may ask?

You gave me a price, told me the day you would take the templates and the day you would fit the benchtop. All perfectly done as stated. The workmanship is exquisite. You have to know that in this day and age all this is a rare commodity.

We are grateful to you for such good work. You do "what it says on the box". Fabulous.

We are very pleased with everything. Top marks to everyone involved. This whole process has been quick and easy from start to finish. We are blown away on how you and your team made this whole process so easy and painless for us. The level of customer services that you and your team provide to us was brilliant. You came out to see us on a Saturday even though we called you up on a Friday afternoon, you provided us with the quote when you said you will, you and your team replied to our queries very promptly, your installer was at our place to measure up when you said he would and he was at our door at 9am sharp to fit the whole kitchen in! We are very impressed with the quality and workmanship of both the benchtop and doors, they really make our kitchen look really, really good. It's like we have a brand new kitchen!!

We have no qualms recommending your company to any of our families or friends.
