It was mildly frustrating that the Covid situation caused a delay, but now I appreciate the end product even more, having waited so long! The two installers, Michael who did the template and the office staff who dealt with my queries, order and emails have been amazing. They were so careful and treated my kitchen and bench-top as if it was a precious jewel.

Dear Sir,  

Exactly one year ago, I was fortunate to buy the best car I have ever owned, a new Skoda Superb from Giltrap.  It has many qualities, but it is the first car ever owned in 50yrs that "does what it says on the box".  Giltrap told me it would achieve 5.7L of diesel/100km and it has done every fill since new.  Remarkable for such a big car.

What has this to got to do with Franklin Laminates (Benchtops Direct), you may ask?

You gave me a price, told me the day you would take the templates and the day you would fit the benchtop.  All perfectly done as stated.  The workmanship is exquisite.  You have to know that in this day and age all this is a rare commodity.

We are grateful to you for such good work.  You do "what it says on the box".  Fabulous.
